1. Dong Mafai Coffee กาแฟดงมะไฟ
In 2016, Dong Ma Fai coffee received approval as a GI (Geographic Indication) product by the Department of Intellectual Property, the first such product from Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The product is awarded for SME Start up for SME Provincial Champions. Coffee beans are produced all year, its highest productivity is from February to March.
กาแฟดงมะไฟผลิตโดยวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟดงมะไฟ ได้รับการจดทะเบียนผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางjgfdsภูมิศาสตร์ (Geographical Indications: GI) เมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2559 และในปี 2561 กาแฟดงมะไฟได้รับรางวัลมาตรฐาน SME Start up ในโครงการพัฒนาสู่สุดยอด SME จังหวัด (SME Provincial Champions) กาแฟสามารถให้ผลผลิตตลอดทั้งปี โดยให้ผลผลิตในปีที่ 3 เป็นต้นไป ผลผลิตจะออกมากสุดในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์–มีนาคม (สยามรัฐ. ออนไลน์. 2562).

2. Ageing Nang Dham cloth ผ้าเงี่ยงนางดำ
The craft of producing cloth is practiced in Sung Noen District by Thais whose ancestors migrated from Vientiane, Laos, 100 years ago. Their language and culture were mixed with that of the Khorat Thais. Thus, the color black, “Si Dham”, or solid color, Si Thueb”, was called “Nang Dham”. The word “Ngieng” is used in the local dialect of Sung Noen District, meaning “To remove the yarn out and insert the another one into the fabric”.
Ngieng Nang Dham cloth has the following prominent characteristics: it is cotton cloth in which 3 threads of different colors are twisted together to become 1 color. When weaving, there are 3 patterns, the first part is red cloth matched with vertical stripes of yellow and white. The second part is indigo dyed cloth inserted with red yarn. The third part makes the fringe of Sarong, woven with cotton in stripes. Otherwise, Ngieng Nang Dham cloth is a lightweight fabric, comfortable to wear, and suitable for all weather conditions. However, for formal occasions most people prefer to wear Ngieng Nang Dham cloth that is woven from silk.
ผ้าเงี่ยงนางดำเป็นผ้าฝ้ายพื้นเมืองทอมือที่สืบทอดมาตั้งแต่คนลาวอพยพมาจากเวียงจันทร์ ประเทศลาว เมื่อกว่า 200 ปีก่อน มาอาศัยอยู่ คำว่า “เงี่ยง” หมายถึง การแกะเอาเส้นด้ายสอดแทรกเข้าไปในเนื้อผ้า คำว่า “นางดำ” หมายถึง สีดำ หรือสีทึบ
ลักษณะเด่นของผ้าเงี่ยงนางดำ คือ การนำฝ้ายมามัดโดยใช้เส้นฝ้าย 3 เส้น 3 สี มาพันรวมกันให้เป็นเส้นเดียว แล้วนำมาทอ ลวดลายผ้าประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นผ้าสีแดงสอดลายแนวตั้งด้วยผ้าฝ้ายสีเหลืองขาว ส่วนที่สองเป็นผ้ายกพื้นย้อมครามแทรกเส้นด้ายสีแดง ส่วนที่สามเป็นชายผ้าถุง ทอด้วยด้ายเป็นแถบลายขวางสีดำ ชาวอำเภอสูงเนินมักจะสวมใส่ผ้าเงี่ยงนางดำในชีวิตประจำวัน เนื่องจากเป็นผ้าที่มีน้ำหนักเบา ไม่หนามาก สวมใส่สบาย แต่ในงานสำคัญ ชาวอำเภอสูงเนินจะนิยมสวมใส่ผ้าเงี่ยงนางดำที่ทอจากผ้าไหม (khoratgeopark. ออนไลน์. 2562)

3. Khao Nam Phueng Pomelo
ส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวน้ำผึ้ง
The Khao Nam Phueng Pomelo is popularly grown in Sung Noen area with large size, being sweet and juicy. It has a great taste, grown from the fertile land with the flowing water resource of the Lam Ta Kong River. The best time to harvest is from the middle of August with the ripest and juiciest taste.
ส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวน้ำผึ้งเป็นส้มโอที่นิยมปลูกมากที่สุดในอำเภอสูงเนิน ส้มโอพันธุ์นี้ลูกใหญ่ กุ้งใหญ่ รสชาติหวาน ไม่หืน สาเหตุที่ทำให้ส้มโอมีรสชาติดี เนื่องจากพื้นที่เพาะปลูกติดกับลำน้ำลำตะคอง ทำให้สภาพพื้นดินมีแร่ธาตุที่สมบูรณ์ และน้ำที่ใช้รดต้นส้มโอก็เป็นน้ำจากลำน้ำลำตะคองซึ่งมีการไหลเวียนตลอดเวลา ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการเก็บเกี่ยวส้มโอคือช่วงกลางเดือนสิงหาคม เป็นช่วงที่ส้มโอสุกเต็มที่ และมีรสชาติอร่อยที่สุด (รณฤทธิ์ นวนครบุรี. ออนไลน์. 2560).

4. Fried bun ซาลาเปาทอด
Fried bun from the local restaurant called “Luk Kra Tiem” is one of the local products from Sung Noen District. The flour is different from that of a steamed bun with soft texture. It is made fresh daily with different stuffing, for example tuna, bamboo shoot, red roasted pork, cream, red bean and taro.
