Grammatical structure in this unit focuses on present simple passive voice to describe Geopark attractions at Sung Noen District.
. โครงสร้างไวยากรณ์ในบทนี้จะเน้นการใช้ประโยคที่ประธานเป็นผู้ถูกกระทำที่เป็นปัจจุบันในการนำเสนอแหล่งท่องเที่ยวจีโอพาร์คที่อำเภอสูงเนิน
2.1. We use the passive voice to explain about the patient or the object received the action. Similar to other grammatical structure, passive voice comes in different verb tenses. We form present simple passive voice with the verb to be + past participle. Example is as follows.
The Sung Noen Historical Quarry is located inside Sung Noen District.
2.2 We form negative present simple passive voice with be not+ past participle. Example is as follows.
The Sandstone Buddha Image is not constructed in Ayutthaya period.
2.3 We form wh-question for present passive voice with question word +is/are+object+past participle. Example is as follows.
A : Where is Wang Nen Waterfall located ?
B : It is located at Ma Klea Kao Sub-district, Sung Noen District .
2.4 We form yes/no-questions for present passive voice with is/are+object+past participle. Example is as follows.
A : Is Wat Thammachak Semaram contained only the sandstone reclining Buddha image ?
B : No, it is not. There are many interesting artifacts found from the Dvaravati period here.
