This is an area where Arabica coffee plants are grown by the Dong Ma Fai Coffee Community Enterprise in an elevated area in the valley and on the slope of E-to (cleaver knife) shaped mountain or CUESTA. The plants are grown at an altitude between 400-700 meters above sea level. The soil is a sandy loam, slightly clayey, and alkaline (pH 6-7).
           The geography specific to this area causes the coffee of Dong Ma Fai to show when analyzed, a low concentration of caffeine, less than 1 percent by weight. This can be compared to coffee in general produced in other areas with caffeine levels at 3 percent or higher. Because of this, the coffee has received approval as a GI (Geographic Indication) product by the Department of Intellectual Property, the first such product from Nakhon Ratchasima Province, in 2016
           Dong Mafai Coffee Community Enterprise is responsible for the full cycle of production from planting, harvesting to production resulting in a unique characteristic of coffee. The community has its own identity in the annual festival called “Rab Kwan Mae Ka Fae” in November to encourage locals in terms of attractions.

           บ้านดงมะไฟเป็นแหล่งปลูกกาแฟพันธุ์อาราบิก้า 100 % ปลอดสารพิษ ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟดงมะไฟ ตั้งอยู่ที่ด้านลาดของเขาเควสตาสูงจากระดับน้ำทะเลปานกลาง 400 - 700 เมตร และมีเนื้อดินเป็นดินร่วนปนทรายที่ออกเหนียวเล็กน้อย ความเป็นกรดเป็นด่างหรือ pH 6 – 7 ด้วยสภาพภูมิศาสตร์เฉพาะพื้นที่ดังกล่าว ทำให้กาแฟดงมะไฟ มีระดับสารคาเฟอีน 1% ต่อน้ำหนัก ตามธรรมชาติ เป็นกาแฟทางเลือกสำหรับผู้บริโภค ที่ต้องการดื่มกาแฟดี มีคาเฟอีนต่ำเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกาแฟทั่วไปที่ผลิตจากแหล่งอื่น ซึ่งจะมีคาเฟอีนอยู่ในระดับ 3 % หรือมากกว่าเป็นส่วoใหญ่
           วิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟดงมะไฟ สามารถปลูก เก็บเกี่ยว แปรรูป และลงบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้ในแหล่งผลิตเดียวกัน และสามารถใช้ชื่อชุมชนเป็นชื่อผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ สถานที่ปลูกกาแฟดงมะไฟมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะ คือ พิธีรับขวัญแม่กาแฟที่จัดประจำทุกปีในเดือนพฤศจิกายน เพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับชุมชนและเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวแบบยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชนอีกด้วย (khoratgeopark. ออนไลน์. 2563).
